Vidya Health
About me.
Hi! My name is Nyne. I'm an orthomolecular therapist, yoga teacher, and student of psychoneuroimmunology. I help people who feel stuck in their health regain control over their symptoms. Not by suppressing them, but by exploring the root causes of imbalance.

Thanks to my studies in psychoneuroimmunology, I work with the latest insights from health science. This field examines the interplay between all the systems in our body - such as the brain, immune system, hormonal system, and nervous system. Combined with my background as an orthomolecular therapist, I work with you to develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance to address your health concerns.

I began practicing yoga at the age of 15. I quickly realized how much it contributed to my well-being and wanted to deepen my practice, but at its roots: in India. In 2022, I traveled to India for my first teacher training, which eventually led to an internship, work, and an extended stay in this beautiful country. In India, yoga is not just an exercise, it’s a way of life, something people grow up with from birth.

The wisdom and tools to support our health have existed in India for thousands of years, while in our modern lives we often lose touch with a natural way of living. At the same time, modern science increasingly confirms what has long been known there. This inspires me to connect these worlds: the ancient wisdom of traditional healing practices with the insights of modern health science.

Below, you can find my educations and certifications. I love learning and never stop expanding my knowledge, especially in this field. But of course, like you, I’m more than my credentials. Here are a few personal things about me outside of my work:
-
I have loved playing the piano and classical music since I was a child. Especially Brahms, Rachmaninoff, and Lyapunov.
-
I love spending time outdoors, especially on the water and sailing.
-
India feels like a second home. I spend a lot of time there, teach, and deeply enjoy experiencing this ancient culture full of traditions.

Education and Certifications
Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology
In this 3-year post-graduate/master's level program, I study the interactions between the brain, immune system, hormonal system, and nervous system. The focus is on identifying the underlying causes of health issues and restoring balance in the body using evidence-based medical insights.
Medical Fundamentals
NTI
Medical Fundamentals covers the foundations of medicine, including anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology. It provides a solid understanding of how the body works, how diseases develop and how medications function.
Orthomolecular Therapy
Civas
This certification focuses on supporting health through nutrition and lifestyle, based on biochemistry and cellular health. I learned how deficiencies, stress, and imbalances at the cellular level can affect health, and how to address them with targeted nutrition, supplements, and lab testing when needed.
Yoga Teacher Trainings
Beyond learning the physical postures, I also studied meditation, breathwork, and the philosophy behind yoga. This ancient wisdom offers insight into our thoughts, emotions, desires, purpose, and ego. It helps us understand how these aspects influence our lives and how to work with them consciously. By getting to know yourself in this way, you develop a deeper connection with yourself and, from there, with the people and world around you.
I hold the following Yoga Teacher certifications:
-
200hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

-
300hr Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Teacher

-
100hr Yin Yoga Teacher

All yoga teacher trainings are certified by Yoga Alliance.
