Privacy Policy
To provide proper care, it is necessary for me, as your therapist, to create a client file. This is also a legal requirement under the Dutch Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO). Your file contains notes on your health, as well as records of any tests and treatments performed.
At Vidya Health, I place great importance on your privacy. I handle your personal and medical information with care. This privacy policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and what your rights are.

2. What special and/or sensitive personal data do I collect?

Data of persons under 16 years old. Vidya Health does not process personal data of children under 16 without parental or legal guardian consent. 3. Why do I collect this data?
I use your data exclusively to:
-
Respond to your questions or inquiries

Provide proper guidance during a consultation or program
-
Process your invoice and payment
-
Fulfill administrative obligations, such as tax reporting

5. How do I store your data?
I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. This includes secure storage of client information. For sending personal or medical data via email, I use a secure connection (Gmail). Because email is not always fully secure, documents containing sensitive information may be password-protected. The password will always be shared via a separate channel (e.g., phone or message). This ensures your information is handled as safely as possible.
